There are so many brands and variety of chocolate now that really aren't very good anymore. Just compressed sugar in most cases. Joe's never compromised on the quality of his products and he doesn't rip his customers off when you looks at what comparable makers are charging.
He continues to develop his product and come up with innovative new flavours. We have the ful 36 in this box and are slowly working through them. When I saw the new flavours I wasn't hugely moved but to be honest they're fantastic. He could even get away with ramping a few up a notch (rose and lychee which I thought I'd hate). The soy caramel is such a change from the tired salted caramel which is overdone by everyone. I'm not a liquid caramel fan but l love it.
More discoveries to be made. I always say these chocolates are definitely not for sharing. I'm hoping it's not too long before we get another box.
