Refund policy
Whilst we cannot accept returns due to the nature of our product, we want to always operate at the highest level of customer service.
Should your order arrived damaged in any sort of way, we will happily send out another for you free of charge, or refund you if you would prefer. Simply send us a picture of your damaged item, along with your complaint to enquiries@1683chocolateplace.co.uk
Please note, we will not issue refunds or replacements if you have already started eating the chocolates.
