Can I amend my order after it has been placed?
This is only possible if your order has not been completed or dispatched. Please contact us as soon as possible and we will endeavour to help you as much as possible.
What if my order arrives damaged?
All of our products are carefully packed to withstand their journey in the post and we are confident they will arrive with you in perfect condition. In the event that your order does arrive damaged please don't worry we guarantee we will immediately put it right for you, please just send us a picture of the damaged chocolates to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will refund or replace your order as appropriate.
Where should I store my chocolate?
Our chocolates are best stored in a cool, dark place, ideally between 10-20 degrees celsius.
Our chocolates can also be stored in the fridge, but the appearance of them may change and chocolate may develop what is called ‘bloom’. They are still perfectly safe to eat, they just won’t look as shiny and beautiful as they were!
The same thing will happen if stored at a warm temperature and then allowed to cool again.
How long will my chocolates last?
We recommend for our chocolates to be eaten within 6 weeks of recieving to ensure they are eaten at their absolute best.
